Doug and John Baxter have streamlined the process of getting your SureSmile® or Invisalign® aligners to be simple and stress-free. We’ll be right there with you, from your first visit to the last.
- Step 1: Initial consultation Your first visit is all about getting to know your smile goals. We’ll perform a thorough exam to check your overall oral health and determine if SureSmile® and Invisalign® treatment are the best option for you. This is also when we perform a quick and comfortable digital scan of your teeth and jaw. You’ll see a 3D model of your teeth and learn how your smile will transform with Invisalign® treatment.
- Step 2: Custom treatment plan Our dentists use the detailed digital scan and information gathered to design a precise, custom-made plan for your Invisalign® treatment. The SureSmile® and Invisalign® aligners are shaped specifically for your tooth movement, and then we create a series of invisible aligners. The team will schedule your follow-up appointment to pick them up.
- Step 3: Treatment and progress
When you pick up your first set of aligners, the doctor or a member of our staff will explain exactly how to properly wear and care for them. You’ll wear each set of aligners for a couple of weeks before switching to the next set. We’ll schedule periodic check-ups to make sure your treatment is progressing beautifully and your teeth are moving correctly.
