Signing up is quick and easy. Your plan runs for 12 months and renews on the 28th of your enrollment month, and you can even choose easy monthly payments.

- Our in-house dental savings plan is not an insurance plan; it is designed to help our patients obtain the dental care they need at a more affordable rate.
- Benefits are available only at our office. Over-the-counter products are not included. The fees of any specialist that we may refer are not part of this plan.
- Our plan may not be combined with any other discounts or insurance, including instances that involve a lawsuit due to injury (Workers’ Compensation).
- Plan fees are not refundable. No refunds are given if the patient chooses not to use their plan benefits during their enrollment period. Unused benefits are not transferable to another person. All dental services must be completed during the enrollment period. If enrollment expires before treatment is completed, coverage is no longer available.
- Given the substantial discounts offered under this plan, payment for all single-visit services is due at the time of service. If you choose to extend your payment by paying through CareCredit or any other similar health care financing merchant, the discount changes from 20% to 10% due to the merchant’s fees.
- A 24-hour notice is requested for all appointment changes to avoid a $50 fee.
- Plan fees and discount rates are subject to change annually.
- Lapse in coverage is subject to a $95 reinstatement fee.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Do you offer same-day cleanings for first-time patients? In many cases, yes. If your mouth is healthy and you’re due for a cleaning, we’ll do our best to complete it at the same visit so you don’t have to make another trip.
- What if I’m nervous about dental visits? You’re not alone, and we completely understand. Our team is warm, gentle, and never judgmental. We go at your pace and offer comfort options, including blankets, neck pillows, and nitrous oxide.
- Do you accept my dental insurance? We’re a fee-for-service practice, but we will happily file any insurance claim for you. Our team helps you understand your benefits and estimates before treatment begins.
- Can my family schedule appointments together? Absolutely. We’re a family-focused practice and do our best to accommodate group or back-to-back appointments.
- What if I have a dental emergency? Call us right away. We offer same-day emergency care whenever possible to help you get out of pain and back to comfort quickly.
- What if I haven’t seen a dentist in a long time? You’re in the right place. We never judge or rush. We’ll meet you where you are, talk through your concerns, and help you get back on track at a pace that feels comfortable.
